You've got a good start here! Unfortunately the quality of the photo really detracts from the image. Try fiddling around with your camera settings to capture the drawing better. Also, make sure the drawing is well lit. Perhaps put it under a strong desk lamp and then take the picture of it with NO flash on.
If you have any image editing software, this can help a lot to.
Alternately, you can invest in a scanner. Trust me, they are well worth it
